169 .         Section 28 amended

        (1)         Section 28(3) is amended by inserting after “spouse” in both places where it occurs —

                “ or de facto partner ”.

        (2)         Section 28(4)(b) is amended by inserting after “spouse” —

                “ or de facto partner ”.
