ACTS AMENDMENT (EQUALITY OF STATUS) ACT 2003 (NO. 28 OF 2003) - SECT 9

9 .         Section 11 amended

                Section 11 is amended by deleting “any surviving husband or wife, or any relative known to the authority,” and inserting instead —

                “ the senior next of kin ”.
