APPROPRIATION (CONSOLIDATED ACCOUNT) RECURRENT 2007-08 AND 2008-09 (SUPPLEMENTARY) ACT 2010 (NO. 10 OF 2010) - LONG TITLE

An Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Account —
• a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 2008 under the authority of the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2008 ; and
• a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 2009 under the authority of the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2009 .
