ACTS AMENDMENT (FAIR TRADING) ACT 2010 (NO. 58 OF 2010) - SECT 14

14 .         Section 4 amended

        (1)         In section 4 delete the definitions of:

Chairman

member (each occurrence)

Registrar

the Board

        (2)         In section 4 insert in alphabetical order:

        Commissioner has the meaning given in the Fair Trading Act 2010 section 6;

        department means the department of the Public Service principally assisting the Minister in the administration of this Act;

        (3)         In section 4 in the definition of officer paragraph (b) delete “corporation;” and insert:

                corporation.
