53 .         Section 3 amended

        (1)         In section 3(1) delete the definitions of:

Board

Commissioner

inquiry

secretary

        (2)         In section 3(1) insert in alphabetical order:

        Commissioner has the meaning given in the Fair Trading Act 2010 section 6;

        (3)         In the definition of repairer’s certificate delete “42;” and insert:

                42.

        (4)         Delete section 3(4).
