At the earliest
opportunity after the State Minister becomes aware that a report under
section 61A of the ACC Act has been laid before the Commonwealth
Parliament the State Minister must —
(a)
cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament; or
(b) if
copies of the report are not then available, notify each House that a report
has been presented under section 61A and indicate when it is expected
that a copy will be laid before it.
