4 .         Section 4 amended

                In section 4(1) insert in alphabetical order:

        Parliament includes —

            (a)         each House of Parliament; and

            (b)         the members of each House of Parliament; and

            (c)         the committees of each House of Parliament and joint committees of both Houses of Parliament;
