160 .         Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899.

        (2)         In Schedule V Part 3 delete the item relating to the Advisory Committee appointed under section 435 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 .
