BUILDING ACT 2011 (NO. 24 OF 2011) - SECT 161

161 .         Health Act 1911 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Health Act 1911 .

        (2)         In section 175 delete “ Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 ” and insert:

                Building Act 2011

        (3)         In section 176(5) delete “the construction, extension or alteration of a public building in relation to which construction, extension or alteration a licence is issued under section 374 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 .” and insert:

                building work, as defined in the Building Act 2011   section 3, for which a building permit is required under that Act.
