BUILDING ACT 2011 (NO. 24 OF 2011) - SECT 164

164 .         Land Tax Assessment Act 2002 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Land Tax Assessment Act 2002 .

        (2)         In section 39(b) delete “Part XV of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 ” and insert:

                the Building Act 2011

        (3)         In the Glossary clause 1 in the definition of commencement date paragraph (b) delete “building licence for the construction or refurbishment is issued under Part XV of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 ;” and insert:

                building permit for the work is granted under the Building Act 2011 ;
