BUILDING ACT 2011 (NO. 24 OF 2011) - SECT 176

176 .         Terms used

                In this Division —

        commencement day means the day on which section 153(2) comes into operation;

        former provisions , means the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 as in force before commencement day.
