(1) An authorised
person must act —
(a) in
accordance with the directions of the designating permit authority; and
(b)
subject to any limitation on the powers of that person mentioned in
subsection (2).
(2) The powers of an
authorised person may be limited —
(a)
under a regulation; or
(b)
under a condition specified in the person’s instrument of designation as
an authorised person; or
(c) by
written notice given by the designating permit authority to the person.
(3) The designating
permit authority may, at any time, revoke or vary a condition of designation
mentioned in subsection (2)(b) or a notice referred to in
subsection (2)(c).
