BOOKMAKERS BETTING LEVY AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 28 OF 2009) - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

                This Act comes into operation as follows —

            (a)         sections 1 and  2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;

            (b)         section 5 — on the day after that day;

            (c)         the rest of the Act is deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 2008.
