109 .         Land Tax Assessment Act 2002 amended

        (1)         The amendments in this section are to the Land Tax Assessment Act 2002 *.

        [*         Act No. 52 of 2002. ]

        (2)         Section 29(4) is amended by deleting “rural zone” and inserting instead —

                “ non-rural zone ”.
