Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) A law of another
State is a co-operatives law for the purposes of this Part if the Minister
certifies in writing that the law substantially corresponds to the provisions
of this Act, including this Part.
(2) The Minister must
notify the Minister administering a co-operatives law in another State when
the law is certified to be a co-operatives law under this Division.
