(1) A certificate of
registration given by the Registrar must be received in evidence as if it were
the original certificate.
(2) A certificate of
registration or other official document relating to a co-operative signed by
or bearing the seal of the Registrar is to be received in evidence without
further proof.
(3) A copy of rules
certified by the Registrar to be a true copy of the rules of a co-operative is
evidence of the registered rules of the co-operative.
