507 .         Civil Judgments Enforcement Act 2004 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Civil Judgments Enforcement Act 2004 .

        (2)         In section 45 in paragraph (c) of the definition of financial institution after “ 1903 ” insert:

                , or a co-operative registered under the Co-operatives Act 2009 that is permitted under that Act to accept money on deposit
