508 .         Criminal Property Confiscation Act 2000 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Criminal Property Confiscation Act 2000 .

        (2)         In the Glossary in paragraph (e) of the definition of financial institution after “ 1903 ” insert:

                , or a co-operative registered under the Co-operatives Act 2009 that is permitted under that Act to accept money on deposit
