509 .         Equal Opportunity Act 1984 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 .

        (2)         In section 35N(1)(a) after “ 1903 ” insert:

                or of a co-operative registered under the Co-operatives Act 2009

        (3)         In section 66ZS(1)(a)(i) after “ 1903 ” insert:

                or of a co-operative registered under the Co-operatives Act 2009

        (4)         In section 69(1)(b)(i) after “ 1903 ” insert:

                or of a co-operative registered under the Co-operatives Act 2009
