CENSORSHIP AMENDMENT ACT 2006 (NO. 10 OF 2006) - SECT 2

2.         Commencement

        (1)         This Act, other than Part 4, comes into operation on a day fixed by proclamation.

        (2)         Different days may be fixed under subsection (1) for different provisions.

        (3)         Part 4 is deemed to have come into operation on 26 May 2005.
