CORPORATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT (NO. 2) 2003 (NO. 20 OF 2003) - SECT 34

34 .         The Local Government Act 1995 amended

                Section 9.58(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995 * is amended by deleting “Corporate Affairs” and inserting instead —

                “ Fair Trading ”.
