Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts Section 5(1) of
the Pharmacy Act 1964* is amended by deleting the definition of
“Company” and inserting instead —
"Company" means a company, within the
meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth, that is taken
to be registered in Western Australia;
”.
