CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SERVICES ACT 2004 (NO. 34 OF 2004) - SECT 243

243 .         Impersonating an officer

                A person must not falsely represent, by words or conduct, that a person is an authorised officer.

        Penalty: $12 000 and imprisonment for one year.
