Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) The CEO must
ensure that each authorised officer is issued with an identity card in a form
approved by the CEO.
(2) An authorised
officer must display his or her identity card whenever dealing with a person
in respect of whom the officer has exercised, is exercising, or is about to
exercise, a power under this Act.
(3) In any proceedings
the production by an authorised officer of his or her identity card is
conclusive evidence of his or her appointment under section 25.
