75 .         Section 188 amended

        (1)         In section 188 insert in alphabetical order:

        industrial inspector has the meaning given in the Industrial Relations Act 1979 section 7(1).

        (2)         In section 188 in the definition of family business delete “child.” and insert:

                child;
