46 .         Section 58 amended

        (1)         In section 58(1) after “court” insert:

                or the CCC

        (2)         In section 58(2)(a), (b), (c) and (d) after “court” insert:

                or the CCC, as the case requires,

        (3)         In section 58(2)(e) after “court” insert:

                or before the CCC at a place specified in the order, as the case requires,
