5 .         Section 3 amended

        (1)         In section 3(1) insert in alphabetical order:

        authorised officer has the meaning given in section 184(1);

        criminalbenefit has the meaning given in the Criminal Property Confiscation Act 2000 section 145;

        unexplainedwealth has the meaning given in the Criminal Property Confiscation Act 2000 section 144;

        (2)         In section 3(1) in the definition of investigation after “under” insert:
