CASINO LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (BURSWOOD CASINO) ACT 2022 (NO. 32 OF 2022) - SECT 4

4 .         Section 10 amended

        (1)         In section 10(1):

            (a)         delete “who is an officer of the Commission”;

            (b)         delete “any other Act” and insert:

                any other written law relating to gaming

        (2)         In section 10(2) delete “the Crown is also relieved of any liability that it” and insert:

                the Commission and the Crown are also relieved of any liability that either of them
