Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) A person commits
an offence if the person wilfully delays or obstructs a police officer in the
performance of the functions of a police officer under this Act, or a person
assisting a police officer in the performance of those functions.
Penalty: $100 000 or imprisonment for
5 years, or both.
(2) A person commits
an offence if the person wilfully does not produce any property to, or
wilfully conceals or attempts to conceal any property from, a police officer
in the performance of the police officer’s functions under this Act, or
a person assisting a police officer in the performance of those functions.
Penalty: $100 000 or imprisonment for
5 years, or both.
