ENERGY SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO. 24 OF 2006) - SECT 32

32 .         Obstructing or misleading an investigator

                A person who hinders or obstructs an investigator in carrying out functions under this Part commits an offence.

        Penalty: a fine of $20 000.
