FINES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 3 OF 2008) - SECT 15

15 .         Section 101B amended

        (1)         Section 101B(3)(e) is amended by inserting after “section 47” —

                “ , 47A or 55D ”.

        (2)         Section 101B(4)(c) is amended by inserting after “section 47” —

                “ , 47A or 55D ”.
