Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) The Minister may
delegate to the chief executive officer any function of the Minister under
another provision of this Act.
(2) A delegation must
be in writing signed by the Minister.
(3) The chief
executive officer, when carrying out a function that has been delegated under
this section, is taken to do so in accordance with the terms of the delegation
unless the contrary is shown.
(4) Nothing in this
section limits the ability of the Minister to perform a function through an
officer or agent.
