Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) The chairperson of
the Disciplinary Tribunal must on or before 31 December in each year
cause an annual report in relation to the activities of the
Disciplinary Tribunal in the year ending on the preceding 30 June to be
made and submitted to the Attorney General.
(2) The Attorney
General must within 14 days after the day on which a copy of a report is
received by the Attorney General cause a copy of the report to be laid before
each House of Parliament or dealt with under section 251.
