Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts An officer or employee
of an incorporated legal practice must not cause or induce a
legal practitioner director of the incorporated legal practice, or a
legal practitioner employed or engaged by the incorporated legal practice, to
contravene this Act or to breach his or her professional obligations as a
legal practitioner.
Penalty: $25 000.
