(1) Each of the
following is capable of constituting unsatisfactory conduct by a
legal practitioner partner of a multi-disciplinary partnership —
(a)
unsatisfactory conduct by a legal practitioner employed by the
multi-disciplinary partnership;
(b)
conduct of any other partner (not being a legal practitioner) of the
multi-disciplinary partnership that adversely affects the provision of legal
services by the partnership;
(c) the
unsuitability of any other partner (not being a legal practitioner) of the
multi-disciplinary partnership to be a member of a partnership that provides
legal services.
(2) A
legal practitioner partner of a multi-disciplinary partnership must ensure
that all reasonable action available to the legal practitioner partner is
taken to deal with any unsatisfactory conduct of a legal practitioner employed
by the practice.
