MINING AMENDMENT ACT 2002 (NO. 15 OF 2002) - SECT 25

25 .         Section 102A amended

                After section 102A(1) the following subsection is inserted —

“
        (1a)         An application referred to in subsection (1) may relate to more than one exploration licence.

”.
