MINING AMENDMENT ACT 2002 (NO. 15 OF 2002) - SECT 27

27 .         Section 140 amended

                After section 140(5) the following subsection is inserted —

“
        (6)         A warrant of execution issued for the purposes of this section may be directed to a bailiff of a warden’s court or Local Court.

”.
