NURSES AMENDMENT ACT 2003 (NO. 9 OF 2003) - SECT 26

26 .         Section 21A amended

                Section 21A(2) is amended by inserting after “apply” —

“
                to a nurse practitioner registered under the Nurses Act 1992 while carrying out the functions of a nurse practitioner, or

”.
