NURSES AMENDMENT ACT 2003 (NO. 9 OF 2003) - SECT 28

28 .         Section 3 amended

                Section 3(1) is amended by inserting after the definition of “medical practitioner” the following definition —


        "nurse practitioner" has the meaning given by the Nurses Act 1992 ;
