NURSES AMENDMENT ACT 2003 (NO. 9 OF 2003) - SECT 47

47 .         Regulation 38AA amended

        (1)         Regulation 38AA(1) is amended by inserting after “medical practitioner” in both places where it occurs —

                “ , nurse practitioner ”.

        (2)         Regulation 38AA(2) is amended by inserting after “medical practitioner” —

                “ , nurse practitioner ”.
