NURSES AMENDMENT ACT 2003 (NO. 9 OF 2003) - SECT 6

6 .         Section 16 amended

                Section 16(3) is amended as follows:

            (a)         by inserting after “the registration of” —

                “ a nurse practitioner, ”;

            (b)         by inserting after “no member of the committee” —

                “ is a nurse practitioner, ”;

            (c)         by inserting after “appoint a” —

                “ nurse practitioner, ”.
