Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts The Board is required
to keep an accurate and up to date register of all psychologists in such
manner and form as the Board determines and in respect of each psychologist is
to record —
(a) the
name of that psychologist;
(b) the
business, or other, address of that psychologist;
(c)
particulars of all of the qualifications in psychology recognised by the Board
and held by that psychologist;
(d) the
provision of this Act under which the psychologist is registered;
(e) any
conditions applying to the registration;
(f)
details of the exercise of any power under Part 5 in respect of that
psychologist or any order made in respect of that psychologist in a proceeding
before the State Administrative Tribunal under Part 5; and
(g) such
other information, if any, as is prescribed by the regulations.
