PSYCHOLOGISTS ACT 2005 (NO. 28 OF 2005) - SECT 56

56 .         Complaint not dealt with summarily to be referred to relevant committee

                If the Board does not make an order under section 54 in respect of a complaint referred to it under section 52(1)(a) then the Board is to —

            (a)         refer the complaint to the complaints assessment committee, if the complaint relates to a disciplinary matter; or

            (b)         refer the complaint to the impairment review committee, if the complaint relates to an impairment matter.
