PSYCHOLOGISTS ACT 2005 (NO. 28 OF 2005) - SECT 86

86 .         Failure to comply with disciplinary action

                A person must not contravene or fail to comply with an order of the Board given to that person under section 54 or  59.

        Penalty:

            (a)         in the case of an individual, $5 000;

            (b)         in any other case, $10 000.
