PODIATRISTS ACT 2005 (NO. 30 OF 2005) - SECT 44

44 .         Loss of qualifications

        (1)         A podiatrist must give the registrar written advice if a qualification that enabled the person to be registered is withdrawn or cancelled by the body that conferred the qualification.

        Penalty: $1 000.

        (2)         The advice referred to in subsection (1) must be given no later than 90 days after the withdrawal or cancellation.
