18 .         References to Committee

        (1)         Unless the context otherwise requires, where in any written law or in any document of any other kind there is a reference to an appeal to the Town Planning Appeal Committee that reference is to be read and construed as a reference to an appeal to the Tribunal within the meaning of the Town Planning and Development Act 1928 as amended by this Act.

        (2)         Unless the context otherwise requires, where in any written law or in any document of any other kind there is a reference to a decision or determination of the Town Planning Appeal Committee that reference is to be read and construed as a reference to a decision or determination of the Tribunal within the meaning of the Town Planning and Development Act 1928 as amended by this Act.
