Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts A person accredited
under section 8(1) or (2) of the repealed Act immediately before the
commencement day is to be taken to have been granted accreditation under
section 38 appropriate to the person’s circumstances (unless there
is no requirement to hold such an accreditation under this Act), and subject
to the same conditions as applied to that person’s accreditation under
the repealed Act.
