RAIL SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 18 OF 2010) - SECT 40

40 .         Penalty for breach of condition or restriction

                An accredited person must not fail to comply with a condition or restriction of accreditation applying under this Part.

        Penalty:

            (a)         a fine of $55 000;

            (b)         for a second or subsequent offence, a fine of $82 000.
