ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 2007 (NO. 39 OF 2007) - SECT 12

12 .         Section 68 amended

        (1)         Section 68(4)(a) is amended as follows:

            (a)         by inserting after “analysis result and” —

“
                the person’s blood alcohol content given by or derived under section 65A from the analysis result

”;

            (b)         by deleting “percentage of alcohol present in the blood of the person” and inserting instead —

                “ person’s blood alcohol content ”.

        (2)         Section 68(8) is amended as follows:

            (a)         by inserting after “analysis result and” —

“
                the person’s blood alcohol content given by or derived under section 65A from the analysis result

”;

            (b)         by deleting “percentage of alcohol present in the blood of the person” and inserting instead —

                “ person’s blood alcohol content ”.
