ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 2007 (NO. 39 OF 2007) - SECT 15

15 .         Section 72 amended

        (1)         Section 72(2) is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and “and” after it and inserting instead —

“
            (a)         types of apparatus for the purpose of ascertaining a person’s blood alcohol content by analysis of a sample of the person’s breath; and

”.

        (2)         Section 72(3)(a) is amended by deleting “percentage” and inserting instead —

                “ concentration ”.
